What is Art of Life Coaching?

Art of Life Coaching is a form of coaching focused on helping people lead meaningful and fulfilling lives. It’s a holistic approach that considers all aspects of life, including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions.

Art of Life Coaching, emphasis is placed on authenticity, self-discovery, and continuous improvement. Authenticity means staying true to yourself, your values, and your beliefs. How Does a Session Work in Practice?

Contact me for a free intake session, or book directly through the Calendly app below.
After we agree on the terms, the first session can begin. I will send you a Google Meet link, which you can click at the scheduled time to join the session online.

The suggested rate is €1 per minute for individuals and couples, with a minimum fee of €30.
The rate for organizations is €2 per minute, with a minimum fee of €40.

Each month, I also dedicate at least 10% of my time to discounted rates for individuals with a net income of less than €1,500 per month. Just mention this during the intake conversation.
