So Ham

Mantra: So Ham

Affirmation: I come home to myself

Meaning: "So Ham" is the mantra of the breath. Inhale the sound "So" at the back of the throat, and "Ham" upon exhaling. This creates space in the throat chakra. "So Ham" literally means "I am That" in Sanskrit. This mantra is an affirmation of your connection with the universe and your true self. It is a reminder that you are a reflection of the divine and that your deepest essence is pure and whole.
